ParticipantI have the G5 the only thing I can say against it is it only has one button near the thumb rest. The weights are a nice touch and the sensitivity + and – can be usefull

ParticipantCopperhead all the way….and I’ve had both. (I wish I could say the same about the Olsen twins…before the hunger strike phase but after the ‘we’re legal now’ phase)
Ok I’ve used both (again, I wish I could say the same about Olsen twins)
I had a Logi MX310 for years and I can’t moan at that but Razer are getting my cash. My old Razer Boomslang was tops.

ParticipantDo all the buttons of the razer work in all games? I have the G5 but the left and right buttons of the wheel mouse dont tend to work in games.. would be userfull for peep round corner useage :/
I have to say I like the look of it an may buy one if all buttons work 😀
p.s. Have a read Dazzler..

ParticipantI’ve got one of the older, corded Logitect MX510’s and it does me very nicely. A few configurable buttons and I’ve got it running on an ICE Mat, which offers pretty smooth performance. Had it 3 years without a problem.

ParticipantI did have the G5 but the left click mouse button got an intermittant fault and wouldnt always work.I recently bought the Microsoft Habu which is basicly a Razer Copperhead (as Microsoft and Razer designed this together) and imo i find it better than the G5 was.

ParticipantGot the G7 Logitec mouse. Think it’s a quality piece of kid. Before that had the MX900, and 1000. And I’ve got the cheap-ass bluetooth one that goes with notebooks.
Haven’t tried the Razorback ones so can’t really comment.

ParticipantMy hands are too big for those fancy mice so I just have a Micro$oft 3-button thing with a magic red light under it! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
At work, I have the same with 5-buttons. I had to install the mouse software just to disable the 4th and 5th buttons 😡 which I pressed every two seconds by accident.
That work PC came with a fancy keyboard, too and that’s pissing me off: now if I drop a hard-drive or a cup of tea on it, I get Excel or Calc coming up grrr.
My work here is done.
-Fenix out.
