    One of the two TLs I’ve got bowling. It’s crazy that this way actually works really, really well! She picked up countless strikes ‘n’ spares.
    Was a good night out ‘cept for almost getting in a punch up in the carpark with some random drunk people. And going clubbing after to one (err the only?) club in town.

    that is one good throwing arm she has there. You are lucky the punch up wasnt with her! 😉

    Sorry I forget that not everyone’s unlucky enough to be working in call centre hell.
    TL = Team Leader (quite who they lead is beyond me!)
