Just thought i would point out the obvious 😆

Anyway…… so how do i manualy change the monitor res in game to wide screen? Or does it let you in a patch i have not got yet?

Oh and this new ea downloader thing is shit….. Does not give you the patches

EA downloader does give you them patches.. try the countrybumpkinbuttfuck spell from your pixie and dwarf porn game to reveal them

Dont bother with the downloader – in its latest incarnation it seems to have completely forgotten what ea games i’ve bought… 🙄

For patches go to

http://clanservers.multiplay.co.uk/

Then go to ‘File Server’ under Other Services, then navigate to:

Games > First Person > Battlefield 2142 > Patches

and you will see them all them. 1.25 is the latest (avoid the 1.40 beta).

As for widescreen – you have to edit the Battlefield 2142 shortcut properties so it looks like

“C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsBattlefield 2142BF2142.exe” +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1680 +szy 1050

where the szx value is the width of your screen in pixels and szy is the height.

You will also need Northern Strike to play on our server 😉

Will i be able to play normal maps on the server and then get kicked for the new exp maps like bf2?

Or will it just not let me on anyway?

Oh and if anyone wants to pm me the ts or vent ip and pass i would be greatfull 🙂
