Left 4 Dead was without a doubt the biggest laugh you could ever have online if you got 8 bods who were willing to just play it without taking it seriously.
Problem was that if you jumped on a random server you’d get arseholes all over the shop and it could easily turn into the worst online game ever. So I eventually stopped playing it.
In conclusion, this game was made for XDC types.
Now, I wasn’t going to bother with L4D2 but I was watching a few vids last night and I’m a bit tempted. The new infected look like they’d add to the comedy value (particularly the jockey).
So, in keeping with the posts trying to get people back online, how much interest is there in L4D2 here?
It should run on just about any old PC and needing only 8 people it’s possible we could get it off the ground.

Got it, been playing it loads. Would love to see more poeple online with this, at the moment there seems to be me and Bakura and I know Matt has got it but seems unwilling to play online for some reason! Please get it soon, I am staying up till 4am every night because the only people I know who have it are in America and therefore on much later than me! Lucky I don’t have to get up till 10,30 during the week though!
I love l4d, just haven’t had much of a chance for the new one recently between BF2 and getting MW2 the other day, but I do have it already. The game is definitely perfect for XDC, and there are tons of Rats who play it as well.
If you can run HL2 on your PC, you can run this.

£29.99 on steam, but they still have that 4 pack thing going on where you can buy 4 copies for £89.99. That’s how I got mine along with the rats.

We only need 4 of us to play this really. If there are 4 cocks on the server it doesn’t matter as long as they’re on the other team.
