    I am currently taking a video off my USB key and putting it on my desktop – its 1.5gb so taking 22 mins!. I then intend to put it on to a dvd so that it will play on the tv downstairs on a Sony DVD player. Do I need special DVD burning software to do that, or can I just save it to DVD, and it would play the AVI file (Like some CD players can play mp3 files…)

    We have normal windows garbage and a program called “record now”

    what format is it in avi? if so use come software called convertxdvd, very good. it reprocesses the file and burns to dvd.

    Pah, you were 50 mins too late!

    Watched it on a laptop in the end – was top stuff!
