    Hello fellow XDC’ers… just letting y’all know ill probably be away for a bit.. no.. im not going back into the assylum!! well maybe i will.. im having a baby on Monday.. which i think youll agree is rather special.. seeing as im male 🙂

    not only special, but miraculous.. I thought only women gave birth (unless your a male species of frog) anyhoos have a good un, hope its not too painful!

    Sea horses are asexual, so I believe can make babies without even having a partner…

    Good luck buddy… remember to tell her that it can’t hurt that much…

    Turks, seahorses are not assexual, in order for them to be assexual they would have no reproductive organs and reproduce by splitting in half (miosis). As can be seen here, they certainly do have reproductive organs. They are also not hermaphroditic, they have “sex” by the female inserting her oviduct into the males brooding pouch. more details here

    Thank you for clearing that up for me… Nothing worse than someone going round spouting (not sprouting!) bollocks, and claiming it’s true… getting my Sea Horses and Liverworts mixed up… easy mistake 🙂
