anyone use one here ? gonna start fishing my local river and need some advice on what to buy as a starter . can anyone post that website that was up before as i didnt save it in my favourites .
.. i used a Maver reality pole until my little sprout came along and now cant get much fishing in, loved using a pole, some purist are a bit snooty about them tho.
Would recommend them tho, set up a few rigs and get stuck in!Juz
if ya just starting stick to rod and line – Can be difficult mastering the pole – especially on a river
Another top tip for river fishing an all ya need is rod, reel, line and a hook – Whilst walking down the river find as many slugs as ya can for bait and freeline them for chub and barbel – An don’t forget ya landin net!
Good sport and very cheap
well ive been fishing for about 20 years . but because i suck at tying knots and cant be arsed with plumbing the depth everytime i go to the bank im gonna buy a pole and set my rigs up whilst watching the tv .
although i did have a pole when i first started fishing it was seven metres long and weighed a fucking ton .
looked at the maver stellas , gonna go to my local shop and see what they have there . i like the look of the GRIM REAPER II !!!!
