He is awesome, don’t think I’ve seen many players hit the ball that clean and hard, perhaps Roberto Carlos or Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, but none with Gerrard’s precision and flair
You lot don’t need Rooney at the WC, you just need Steven Gerrard allowed to roamyep, truly an awesome player and will need to pull out all the stops to get england where it should be, the final!

The great thing for liverpool, and even England (and incidently I’m one of those rare breeds who will actually support england at the WC as they’re a home nation….especially if they win the cup with only N Ireland having beaten them :lol:), is that video doesn’t even show half Gerrards game there’s not another player in the world like him. I just hope Sven stops wasting him in the national squad.
