    While you lot were in a beer garden today i did something a little different. Me and a few of my Mates did the “ToughGuy Challenge” near Wolverhampton. This comprises of a 10Mile obsticle course through massive nettles, stinking slurry mud and stagnent water. Ive done some things in my time but this was close to insanity. Just hope ive not caught D and V or Weils disease from some of the water.

    Worth doing though!!!

    Yep Stella’s there were those round hay bales which were on fire that you had to jump over and as we all know “Fire is Good, Fire is our Friend” 😆

    There were 7000 people competing Pharty so i may have seen him. There was on guy doing it in one of those Borat Mankeenee things. Large amount of respect for that but i didnt see him finish so he might be dead from nettle stings. 😆

    Speaking of which there was a competition for the most nettle stings on the genitals. 😯
