Got some of my photos back from Uganda… thought I would bore you with them!!
These were all taken with a Minolta Vectis 300 (Old school APS film!)
Ohhhh nostalgia!
Couple of kids from local school
More Kids (notice the dude swearing at me!)
Yet more… (A staggering half of the Ugandan population is under 16 years of age – thats alot of kids!)
Our House for 10 days… 6 to a room – bats in the roof, and cockroaches climbing up the walls – also the windows at the top had no glass, so when it rained… we got wet!!
Jennie (with a rather red head!) and a kid from one of the local schools
And finally… Turks the colonial, does Africa!
May 6, 2006 at 9:25 pm #23075XDC wild egg tamerParticipanti hope you gave that kid giving you the 2 fingers a slap !

May 6, 2006 at 10:18 pm #23079TurksMeisterParticipantJust had another look through them… Im fucking impressed with the Camera – first time I had used it and all… Its the dogs danglies – and it cost less than รฦรโรยขรขโยฌร ยกรฦรขโฌลกรโรยฃ4 to get them on to CD.

Lake Victoria (in Uganda and other countries) is the source of the Nile you clot! My mother nearly drowned white water rafting there about 10 years ago apparently.

May 7, 2006 at 6:35 am #23087XDCNeonSamuraiParticipantThose are some really good pictures though Turks, seriously good.
The colours are superb and the framing is also spot on. Have you done a photography course of summat?
May 7, 2006 at 8:29 am #23088TurksMeisterParticipantnope… ive just got a natural way with the camera… I think its all the camera and not me, but I have managed to shoot a few beauties in my time…
This being one of my favorites – Its up a hill just behind munkees fathers house, in the lakes.
This ones overlooking Lake Coniston… another point and click thang… both were taken with a crappy 2megapixel camera.
