I mistakenly sent an email using someone else’s email profile(buggered if I know how I managed it) and they have decided to do me with Gross misconduct.( they have been after me for a few months now trying to find a way to get rid of me and unfortunately I have given them a way!!)
That’s rubbish, there’s no way they can make that stick, hit them with a wrongful dismissal suit.
If you can send a mail from someone else then the network security/admin people are at fault.
aye it’s shit, they are saying I was reading the MD’s (the profile I used by accident) although they can’t prove it. Got my disciplinary on Friday.
