Now i got the house move out of the way, I’ve built myself the gaming rig I’ve been promising myself for the last few years. I5 OC to 4Ghz, 80Gb SSD, 5870. It seem to run anything i throw at it ,so I’m back into gaming with a vengance.
I see some of you guy’s I have as steam friends play some of the games I have, TF2, COD:MW2, BFBC2 etc, but i can never find where you are playing, so if you get a message from me asking what servers you are in, don’t be suprised.
Just downloading the MOH open beta to see if thats any good. Hope it’s better than BFBC.
Awesome Dave, give me a shout and jump on TS if you fancy some TF2 🙂 Playing with Doc, Paddy, and Streff I’ve had some good games of it over the past few months, and you just can’t beat it for a game when you’re concentrating on teamplay. Not as big a fan of MW2, certainly not the mutliplayer modes available, but Spec Ops is pretty good if you’ve not tried it?
Anyway I’ve pretty much always got Steam on, so I’ll give you a shout back if I see any unanswered messages when I’m afk.

But what’s with hating on BFBC? I’m still liking that on PC though no one’s ever around.
These days though it’s more about FIFA on the xbox for me and one or two XDCers that have taken up the challenge.Ahhh, thanks for the warm welcome lads.
I’m LOVING the MOH open beta. Only two maps, but it gives you an idea of the playability of the game. It seems very natural, unlike the BFBC. Perhaps I haven’t given BFBC enough time to play, I bought it the 1st week it was out but couldn’t play it on the laptop I’ve been using for gaming over the last few years.
I have a ton of XDC’ers on my Steam friend list, but if there is anyone who I’ve missed, feel free to add me ,the account name is davidmartin at blueyonder dot co dot uk
dunno why I’ve spelt the email addy out, it’s a dead account now I had to move to sky broadband when i moved house.
