Woohoo, I’m dead proud of myself, I passed my M.Sc. It makes absolutely no difference to anything like career or pay as I’m doing my PhD in the genetic epidemiology of end-stage renal failure, but woohoo me anyway 😛
The nephrology one? Yep, it’s tough going already, but very interesting. If all goes to plan, in just under three years there’ll be another XDC doctor 😀
Well you’ll be the real doctor, I mean if anyone ever asks if there is a doctor in the house I’ll be quietly embarrassed and stay silent 😆
The wedding will go well, I have spent a year planning it and it bloody well better go well! I’m looking forward to it and so is Vic, even though he is hiding his excitement very well 😀
Tess,
my wife is in stage three of renal failure but has miraculously stop progressing to end stage, She has changed her diet and controls the types fo foods that hurt her kidneys now that they are not functioning as well as they should but she is very optimistic about the whole situation. Good luck and maybe someday you will invent something that will cease this dreaded disease.
Jar I really do hope that I will find something, or at least lay the foundations for whoever takes over when I’ve finished, that will help your wife and countless others in a similar situation.
