    I have been playing a bit of the sp on my TBYB copy lol and its very good and it runs really well, Quite amazed that I can run this at 1600×1200 with decent fps with plenty of action onscreen and yet I am struggling to get TF2 to do 30fps at 1024×768 lol

    Heh well I just tried running cod4 at 1600×1200 with no aa or af and it looks quite nice and fps seems to be great. will try with aa on in a min. although I bet it will kill the fps. It runs ok at 1024×768 with 4xaa and 8xaf ok I noticed.

    Hmm well this is interesting. Theres a guy who bought the same agp card as me but with an AMD athlonXP 3000 and reckons he had COD4 running at 1600×1200 with 4xAA and 8xAF at 60fps lol.

    I will have to try this, as I tried that but with 1024×768 and it didnt feel like 60fps lol.

    Out of interest do all you guys play yours games with AA and AF? As it always seems to be the case that all gfx cards are crippled by it, this is 3 cards in a row that struggle with AA and AF. always played games with it off in the past.

    Mind turned these up to max to play BF1942 and it doesnt half make a difference to things in the distance.

    I also noticed that AF does not seem to hit performance very much? its the AA that kills it? is this a correct assumption?

    I do agree with you to a point as I rarely went on the rats forum as it is the same, but then once signed up I have been on much more often as things to see on it now!

    Hi guys

    Each map has a timelimit, and once that timelimit is reached the map changes (like in BF1942 if you had a timer) Possibly could remove the time limit, but not sure if all of the maps have round limits or not (they should have as its a map specific thing to have timers or round limits on them).

    Another option which should be in place now as I turned it on the other day, was automatic map voting when there was 2 mins remaining where you can vote to extend the map or change in 2 mins to a new map. (see what gonzo said above)

    I have managed to make some good changes to the server setup. Found how to get the map voting working towards the end of the map time limit. and also the instant respawn working 🙂

    Spunk we need to get some decals made for our server so we can put in places on the various maps like the rats have 🙂

    sort of some funny sayings and XDC stuff 🙂

    Looks good I reckon. you reckon a 2 floor building above ground or one floor above ground and the other underground?

    Yes that looks good spunker, One commet wolf had was that the map was too small.

    Also what do you think about where the spawn, resupply and inteligence rooms should be done?

    Interesting, well I just bought TF2 recently and not too fussed about Cysis yet. TF2 will do me for now lol, its a dam good laugh to play anyway

    So could someone describe or compare the gameplay of this to that of TF2 please? and dont say its better than TF2 or TF2 is shit lol. I mean actually how the game plays!!

    Well had a change of idea on the map spunker, as I dont think WWII will fit with the way TF2 works tbh.

    I have a new map that will be called CTF_PETROL_WARS (CTF_GAS_WARS) take your pick lol.

    Basically 2 petrol stations, one for BLU, the other for RED.
    They both have basements with the inteligence in it.
    2 tunnels into inteligence – from toliet block building and from shop building.
    each team spawns in the shop building along with a resupply room.
    garage forcout
    duel carriageway road in the middle with cars driving up and down them at random intervals (e.g train in Well)
