Heh this is a fun game.
Last day of work last christmas had 20 of us in our company playing this on our work pc’s. good laugh and a bit of networked light bikes thrown in for good measure too!
G3 mac can run Mac Os X ok I believe, my parents have an iMac G3 with Mac Os X Panther on it fine. I would say it is the hdd at fault, get it cleared off so its empty with no partitions on it and no microsoft stuff on it. Use a partition program like partition expert for this. then try again and it should be fine.
Heh well the last Nvidia card I had was a GF4 TI4600 which was very good, and then got the Radeon 9800Pro that I have now.
The 8800GTS is a bit too expensive tbh, but I could stretch to the 8600GTS. It looks to be just as good as the X1950Pro but with DX10 added in for an extra รฦรโรยขรขโยฌร ยกรฦรขโฌลกรโรยฃ40. Where as the HD2600XT is slower than the X1950Pro and same price.
Anyone else got a 8600GTS to comment on?
Heh I was considering moving to them as my internet is not working great, My new house I am buying is 1/2km from the main cable box in Lincoln ๐ and my work has Virgin and its blisteringly fast which is also near that box.
So planning on gettng 4MB cable from my rubbish 2MB ADSL that rarely gets to 2MB when I move to Lincoln.
Well I am moving to Virgin next month when I move house, getting the 4MB internet so hopefully that might get upgraded sometime next year or so ๐

Well EVE has nice big Spaceships in it and no fantasy stuff that i am not fussed with ๐
Be good if a decent MMO to replace WWII Online came out ๐
Well Alzir and I have played the Beta of this and I was quite disappointed to be honest.
Biggest problem is the vehicle control, dont know why but its as if DICE patented FPS vehicle control systems since bringing out BF1942! no game is able to do it as well.
Graphics are very good though, although I couldnt play on best settings.
