For those of you who didn’t see it (sad Bastards) here was the quite remarkable crash of Robert Kubice at 190 MPH ish at the Canadian grand Prix yesterday. Apparently he suffered a bit of a broken leg, but thats about it.

Was a good race, Taku passing Alonso on the final chicane was quite a site considering the Super Aguri car does not have the same amount of development as the Mclearn.
they should make it compulsary to crash at least once per driver, that would make it more interesting and fun to watch

Motorsports as a whole is very diverse, were you refering to F1 only then?
Its funny but the lower series are more interesting to watch like F3 and GP2 with a lot more action in them.
The DTM and BTCC are also excellent to watch, but I am a bit more biased towards touring cars over open wheelers
Agreed F1 was far more entertaining back in the day and i never watch a full race these days…until yesturday, a cracking race and good to see noob Hamilton keeping his head.
Yes we all like a good smash up, is it wrong i wanted him to go over the wall Dukes of Hazzard stylee 😈 , glad he’s ok.
Not really that lucky to survive considering the safety features in those things these days… boring to watch but brill to do though 😉 Same with nay sport though really..

A good shout Insane but it’s not the most boring sport.
When I was a kid they had this programme called “A Question of Sport†on telly. It had Bill Beaumont and Emlyn Hughes on it. Anyway, they had this bit called “What Happened Next?†when they’d show a clip of a sporting event which was generally supposed to be funny and just before the hilarious bit they’d stop it and ask the contestants “What happened next?â€ÂÂÂ.
It was about as exciting as listening to a Jive Bunny record. Yes, it was that bad.
Anyway, they periodically used to show a cricket clip and then stop it just at the vital moment when the batsman hit the ball. Then, after 10 minutes of arsing about they’d have a guess, wishfully thinking it might have something to do with a tasty female streaker. They then would be told they were wrong and the clip would show, absolutely every time, a fucking pigeon getting hit with the bloody ball.
It quickly became obvious from watching “A Question of Sport†that the only vaguely interesting thing that ever happens in cricket is a fucking pigeon getting hit with the bloody ball, proving without a shadow of a doubt that the most boring “sport†in the world is cricket, hands down.
