Yea not sure they can just bring it forward like that, but even if the smallprint says “hey yea JuDgE we can” I don’t think for the sake of 2 months they will want to lose your custom. Throw the ball back to them and say I’m moving in September like I was told or I walk I can’t afford both, so take me to court bitches, (of course they won’t, they want to sell the house.) hopefully they will suck it up to September. Alternatively, you said that the payments start when it’s handed over, stall like hell then. Send the paperwork back with loads of post it notes on with questions and shit maybe, they can’t start anything until you sign. All they’ve got is a res fee not a sale so use that power while you still have I reckon.
If your not 100% sure you want the house then walk away IMO, better to lose 750 than stitch yourself up with a deal that is not what you want.

Kritzkrieg is the second, third is the Ubersaw (less damage than the bonesaw but charges uber). I don’t find the Kritkrieg as useful as Uber, the person you use it on generally forgets your there and you get taken down. It charges faster (especially when you have Ubersaw, 3 hits charges it.) but yea useful on Heavies and Soldiers, about it.
and 3rded TF2 beats anything else out there at the moment for teamplay…FACT. Especially as I now get the odd game with Alzir and Beer when I stay up late 🙂

played PC Demo last night, tidy game, nice to see some really good damage models, crashes and smoke are cool. The AI doesn’t drone race like it does in GT few of them lose it on the bends etc. Very slick front end and nice touch with the audio actually using a name you’ve picked from a pretty impressive list (not like Fight Night “Homeboy”).
It does indeed sit in between Sim and Arcade. Not sure on the drifting races, seemed overly hard but I only had one go the races are mint though, nice touches with the tyres from a tyre wall scattering across the track and my car exploding into flames when I misjudged a bend at 200K 🙂
think I’ll pick this one up come payday.
Yea MoH wasn’t the best online it’s true. From a WW2 perspective I really liked the single player though. Hopefully they won’t fuck up COD5 though.

Good to see ya m8 (and you JAR), sorry I had to dash off. Was tricky playing with a high ping, probably worse for you. There must be a better server maybe US isn’t the way to go. Singapore perhaps? I’ll complile a list of possibles this week.
I’d be interested to know what ping you get to Australian servers i.e Gamespace or Internode.
