    lol

    i agree with insane.. even our expensive productions ie dr who have shit production values compared to US / Canadian stuff

    i struggle to think of any British sci fi / drama / action shows that are any good at all where are our equivalents to Stargate franchise / 24 / lost / herioes / fringe / dexter / true blood / etc

    there seems to be a rule that all brit stuff is allowed to be shit cos we made it and it has to be so depressing you want to cut your wrists

    i have been using 7 for about 4 months now on my main rig and have yet to find anything that required the xp mode

    remember all it is is a virtual xp machine that is more tightly integrated than most VM offerings. if you really need to run something AS xp then just install virtual PC or one of the other free alternatives.

    home premium should be all you need .. if you dont need to join a domain then you wont need professional

    there is a basic list here

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/compare-editions” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false;

    it is the remote desktop i am wondering about .. i think i will need professional for that…

    i am dissapointed with the pricing for what is essentially an update to vista which I paid an arm and a leg for.

    lol a little harsh

    I find him to be very hit and miss. some of his books I have enjoyed a lot .. just read tommyknockers which was quite entertaining. however, I also read gunslinger book 1 which was indeed total crap.. and this is the work he thinks is his master piece! yikes

    also recently read Jerusalem Lot, one for the road and the gingerbread girl and again they were very good short stories.
