wot a load of bollox re the cfg files, they dont know shit..
i take it you have to use some wank interface and cant use good old ftp or remote desktop?
we tend to use the command line to add it, example here.

i had a look on the stats query and its returning a value of 3 instead of 2, does your config have dedicated -2 in there ?its always been on 5 yes, until the last beetlemod update where you can add in the offsets of your choice (if you want to)
5 seconds is the time it takes for the screenshot F5 option to expire.if you ask for money back you will end up with a lot less than you started with, and they have to pay shipping if the cards faulty so ask em to arrange collection.
the same, ultra have heat issues, ATI cant compete..
maybe piss about with the fan profiles this time to up the speed under load as default 8800’s dont ramp the fan until meltdown has commenced.

5 is good, it gives you enough time to watch the default take a screenie F5 bit and then back into action.
if you get the latest beetlesmod installed he added an offset.
ours starts on 5 then the winning team drop to a 7 second spawn and the losers a 3 second spawn.
really helps balance things out those few seconds 🙂

yeh our frontends a mod of the forum made by a 3rd party, saves faffing about as it uses the forum skins and gets all the data it needs from there. the rest is basically iframes for the server monitors and easy enough to add 🙂

i’m a lazy fukker when it comes to sorting the front end out as its enough keeping that and the servers running..
i threw it up when our front page was so far out of date it was a joke, and we have only been waiting a year for someone to make a new one. 🙄
