Just been playing Rush (conquest is still by far the best 🙂 ) on 7DR’s.
How long do those games last ! I got bored, plus had to be up early, so ended up leaving before the game ended!
Just a damn shame about auto balance (or lack of)
It was great to get on a server and see some familiar names 🙂
Going to try and get TS working as its coming up with some sort of error message atm.
Had some good games over on the Hussars server last night.

Well….. so far I’d say its a watered down version of BF, good, but missing some things that BF2/2042 had. Commander for one.
I hate the unlocks. They should have been restricted to a few weapon unlocks rather than extra rockets/bullets/body armour etc.
Too many snipers playing and not doing their role ie camping for points making f all difference.
If you get in a good server I’ve had some great games (conquest) with teamplay and everything 😯
Certainly the best console port I’ve played, and it makes MW2 look like the pile of shite that it was.
Well if they do eventually kill off PC games by doing cheap ports, I wonder if they will release the next wave of consoles with at least the option of a mouse/keyboard control? It would make them more viable (internet browsing) plus would make them ideal for FPS games…. win win for all ?
On a side note I wonder if Nvidia/ATI are beginning to get a bit nervous with the decline in the PC games market. There’s no other reason to need £200 graphics cards other than games. Even then the software often lags behind the hardware development.
Well been playing the beta for a little while now.
Its not bad (if its finished when they release it) but its no BF3.
Will fill in some time, plus i’ve had some good games even when its still a beta. As with anything like this it depends alot on the people on the server.
Oh and the heli’s are already pissing me off

As I’ve said elsewhere its shit, put dedicated servers back on and it would be average but playable, plus with regular players it would be a decent game.
Far to many perks/upgrades and all that bollocks.

Well I tried to like this game, I really did, but they have really fucked up the PC version. Its just one random, often laggy, mess. Far too many perks reduce even the slightest bit of skill needed, and…. well its way behind BF1942 was 🙁 (how long ago was that now!)
An example of trying to play…. game going along ok, lag spikes but nothing too bad then the host gets bored and leaves. Searching for new host…… no ones connection suitable….. kicks us all back to menu screen and game over ! WTF !
Without clan run dedicated servers none of the options come close to what I preferred playing in CODWAW.

Some of us never stopped playing PC games (COD:WAW)
All the recent console talk and existing cliques has well and truly put me off XDC as a gaming clan.
