Sorry m8 – XDC arent really into competitive BF. We always lose and get fed up of the style of play in matches

Only thing is doesnt do like ASE did is be able to find friendly players on other servers by querying a centralised database. Instead you have to refresh the entire server list (over 6000.. yawn) or put your favourite servers in a separate folder and just refresh that when you start Qtracker. Which sort of defeats the purpose. Other than that.. top program and its being updated regularly (support for RO in the last patch)

In short – not enough people have the booster maps to make havng them permanently in the rotation a viable option. Doesnt matter if all XDC have them because there may only ever be 5 or so XDC on the server in an evening and the cannonfodder who make up the rest of players haven’t bought it. So when a booster map comes on = server death.
I am open to ideas… but I’m not hopeful…
Nice intro m8. I thought my playing co-op doom on a couple of 386s over a null modem cable back in 93/94 was fairly pioneering – you got me beat there! Graduated to deathmatch Doom on a Silicon Graphics LAN which was awesome fun, then Quake multiplayer which was my first proper internet gaming. Happy days.

Whats the size of the hard disk and how much free space is there? Have you run a defrag recently?
How much memory is he packing?

Saw you on there – ggs. Unfortunately the server crash is a regularly occurance – a bug introduced with the 1.3 patch. ๐ ๐ Happens on other servers too. Usually its after 5 or 6 maps have been played – not twice on the same map within 30 minutes like last night.
See you around – might be easier finding the server by using our IP address – can’t remember it at the moment… someone…?

Itchi and I went through all the settings with Max yesterday (both X-Fi users) and his settings were the same as ours. Its a mystery!!

Gonzo – you will probably need to install WGA in order to run Windows Update in the future. Thats how they will play it – no security updates.
