What a legend! This is just Freeview, which looks remarkably good. Had a family viewing of Oceans 11 last night and everyone was blown away!
*Edit* Quality shit due to light being on and taken pic with my awesome iphone… and its TV source! BlueRay is out of this world!
It is totally amazing – I am getting a 120` odd screen, and even looks great on freeview (played through my awesome PS3!)
Noticed the DLP rainbows at first, but soon got used to them and now barely noticed, and glad I didnt bother with screen – looks fine without. Will send pics of set up when I get a chance.

Good to see you mate – I have completely given up PC gaming… all about my beautiful PS3 and Awesome iphone now!
I like the comfort of being able to sit on my sofa, be playing withing 2 minutes and finish an hour later and do something else. As a PC gamer I would lose hours without noticing and feel groggy after.
Also I find games (usually) more polished on a console than PC – none of that EA releasing a half finished game crap.
I have tried to come back to PC gaming but cannot do it (but cheers Doc for talking me in to buying a £150 graphics card!)
Why is it crappy equipment?

Seems to be doing quite well to me. If you are after awesome styling, and don’t mind being restricted from doing stuff you probably wouldn’t want to do anyway (which would apply to circa 90% of the user base) then its pretty bloody awesome!

It is totally amazing! So glad I didnt listen to Doc and buy something for £1k more! (I really wouldnt be able to tell the difference!)
We manage to project an image circa 120′ last night, crystal clarity… loved it! Just need to get a 8-10 meter HDMI cable and it will be all systems go!
Anyone know if I should believe the hype in regards to cables of that size? Will more money equal better image, or should I go for this?
I use more of the PS3’s non gaming features than gaming – the streaming is totally ace, and since it plays Blue Ray, DVD (upscaler), USB, streaming, iplayer, freeview (with £20 add on), has an easily upgradeable HD (even I managed to install a 640GB drive!)… basically it is awesome for media.
Not quite millions but Im hoping it will go far! I have lots of ideas swimming around my head which need pursuing (or told thet are rubbish!) so would still like a forum if you are willing?
Always been an ideas man, but never had the ability to put anything in to action, so lets make something work!
