Hah – I am on call for 48 hours next weekend then going straight into a 9 hour working day. Would love a 2 hour traipse round the woods instead! 😀

Anyway – good advice from Spunker but I had to laugh at him suggesting filming your crash and playing it back to see your BSOD message! LOL – imaginative.
Just go to start, run, type ‘sysdm.cpl’ go to advanced, startup and recovery and disable restart automatically. You can view your messages at your leisure.

Shocking they wont refund you. There is lots of fraud in itunes – yet they think they have no responsibility for it? Don’t take it lying down.
I just got knocked back on some holiday insurance – but a swift follow up letter stating that i wasn’t happy along with vague threats to take things further has made them cave in – certainly worth applying pressure.
TBH you probably won’t succeed with them… but you may well with your credit card company – under the consumer credit act you can get charges on credit cards refunded quite easily in fraud cases.
If you used a debit card you are screwed.

Use the XDC one -0 it is well established and you have a good chance of finding some1 there.
Portal is already on his list in the orange box – but yeah it is the best game of the past few years for sure.
I got into empire at first – but haven’t played it for months – might ebay it as there are loads of issues that the patches never really fixed. RTW is good but flawed with regard to archers… certainly kept me busy for a while though.
After being dissapointed with BFBC2 initially I am now getting into it after an awesome game with wolf last night. Lot of potential if people get on TS with it.
I used to use azureus – had no idea it had gone bad.

Creative drivers are without doubt the worst pieces of shit I have ever come across. More problems than any all other hardware issues put together in my experience.
I know you are kind of stuck with them for gaming x-fi stuff… but fuck it – i am never buying another creative product again.
