To be honest, I think it would be rather cheeky to expect non-members to contribute, or to accept contributions from non-members. Considering the flat denials of entry to people like the Black Watch crowd, it would be a bit dishonourable to then go and accept their money.
However, I am happy to take a debate on it.

If 10 people pay we need 13.60 per month each
If 20 people pay, we need 6.30 per month each
If 25 people pay we need 5.44 per month each
If 30 people pay we need 4.53 per month each.
So far 20 people have responded saying they will pay, some have said 10 pcm, some 5 or 6, those that have not been specific I have estimated as 6 per month. If all these 20 people pay, we shal have รฦรโรยขรขโยฌร ยกรฦรขโฌลกรโรยฃ135.75 pcm, which covers all the servers and websites.
Once money has started flowing in, I will have a more accurate picture of the real inflows, as talk is cheap, and from what Spugs has said, he covvered a fair bit of the server each month.
That said, it looks doable. I will arrange a 3 month trial RO server as well. If after 3 months I see the dosh is not stretching to what we need (I will pop in up to 30 squid monthley) we shall have a review.
I will set up a poll, if around 10 peeps respond saying we should try it, I will set up a monthly RO server over the weekend.
