if you can’t downlaod it for some reason automatically, right click on BF3 in Origin and select “repair Download”
Good patch for me.
Huge view blocking chat boxes consigned to the top left.
3 Sensitivity sliders for mouse look/aim, vehicle mouse and joystick.
Server filter now let you drill down to UK only servers.
Plenty of other stuff which should help balance the gameplay a bit better.Time will tell, but it seems to be heading in the right direction.
Very happy with the patch, not bad at all! IRNV is not great now (they have taken this to far, in regards to nerfing it) but I have gone back to using the red dot and it does make for a better game, as less people are using IRNV and Torch lights now
I seem to have taken a performance hit. Its not stuttering badly, but i can tell that i am not getting the frames i was, everything is not as fluid as it was.

I quite like it. I was never a massive fan of the infrared sight, I only used it for about a week to try and get used to it since it gave an advantage, I’m not too sad to see it hammered with the nerfbat. The frag rounds, never used them before the patch and they are still nice so meh. The AA now does less damage to vehicles and infantry so that’s a good thing. Tactical light is for losers anyway 😀 and it’s nice to see less of them.

Anyome tried.lowering the players.required to start down to one? The patch notes suggest this will work ok now.
