Just taken delivery of my new Toshiba 32WLT66 LCD HD TV. Mmmmmmm
Should go well with the new Sky HD. I will watch cricket in HD and think of all you pommies watching world-wanker poofball in standard definition. Probably the quarter final where engloand lose to Germany/Sweden on penalties 😈
If I were a pedatinc tw@, and I believe I am, I would point out that…
we are in the same group as Sweden which means we couldn’t meet them after the group stage until the final.
Also we are in Group B and Germany is in Group A, meaning that we could meet them in the second round if we win our group and they finish second, or vice versa, other than that we cannot meet them until the final.
Thereby making your assertion that one of these teams would knock us out in the quarter-final, frankly ludicrous.
Probably mate, but as I still cannot even figure which side the fellah in black is supposed to be on, I reckon I can get away with making a mess of who plays who while trying ter wind-up all the footy nuts 😛

nice touch pharty………..i’m gutted i bought a 36″ CRT about 18 months ago, i’ve still to see the quality of HD but from what i’ve read it sounds pretty damn good……still think you should of got a bigger model though 😉

Just wondering guys…. I havent actually had a TV for about 4 or 5 years… and dont want one really. But do you actually hook up yer PC’s to these monster screens and play BF on them? How pactical is that? Does it look awesome, or is it just a pain in the arse having everything so big?
If it was worthwhile I would seriously consider it when i sort out a new desktop system back in the UK.
