Just been to see this.. fucking brill film.. very jumpy and some great effects
only thing which pissed me off is
A: The annoying bitch who sat next to my mate (she wasnt annoying for long I tells ya)
B: The wierd things directors think is good for films.. Shaky cam! NO FUCKING NEED.. spoils the action for me.. cant see nothing when they do thatother than that I really enjoyed it
This is based on a graphic novel that was very popular. I’d take the wife to see it, but she’d go menatl halfway through. 😕
The the shaky cam thing is supremely annoying though. I don’t mind a bit of wobble, but half the time it’s like the person is going out of their way to shake the camera.
Yeah thats exactly the case mate.. its F’in annoying! bit of wobble(ish) ok.. but he goes F’in mental and it spoils it
You must see it, its really good.. get ya missus to hold ya cock when watching it.. least you get something out of it when she starts jumping all over the place. sorted
Finally got around to watching this yesterday. I’ve not read the comic it’s from, but it was a pretty solid film. My only real complaint would be that not enough vampires got their comeuppance, but at least the film didn’t cop out like so many others do and set up ferocious creatures that end up becoming crap (the gymnastics scene in Jurassic Park 2 anyone?).
Very gory in places, but that’s a good thing in my book. So in summary, if you’re looking for a film where a group of vampires attack a town that won’t be getting sunlight for 30 days then this should be the top of your list.
