Anxiety symptoms pre interview are ALWAYS associated with mild hyperventilation… you dont even know you are doing it.
Whilst you are waiting to be called in clear your mind and think about your breathing… 4 seconds in… 4 seconds out…. 4 seconds in…. 4 seconds out.
Watch in amazement as your racing pulse slows down (usually within half a minute.)
As you talk to the interviewer consciously take time out to breath before answering… nice and slow.
