Typical, I dress up like a dirty little protester, head off to work, not a swapy in sight. Loads of TV crews at Liverpool St but no swampies. I suppose 7am is too early for the social ingrates, but that is the time us city types start work.
I have my camera and look forward to biffing any errant snot-nosed little pseaudo-hippie who tries it on.

and the proper workers (along with the builders) get in at 7am. Never seen it so busy so early.

small scuffles by the Bank of England, the police need to grow some balls and start smashing a few heads. All wearing soft headgear (i assume to give the impression of being on side rather than antagonistic riot gear).
Hopefully the more educated and more informed on here can explain to me what these people actually want ? They wish to be rid of capitalism but what would they replace it with ? They wish to save the World and give aid to African states, Gaza etc but have yet to cohesively explain where the funding would actually come from! They’re protesting about the damage to the enviroment but have set up plastic tents in Bishopsgate ?

T00th, Swampy was a “famous” protester at Manchester Airports second runway who came to symbolise the protestors despite being as thick as two short planks (he was on Have I got news for you and didn’t even recognise a story which was all about him and his prtestations). I remeber it well as my parents live only two or three miles away from the airport (parallel to the runway thank god!
