Just popping in to say hello, Im still about just busy getting my business going – how is everyone – waiting for OFP2 so we can all fiddle with each other again

Actually this is what XDC is all about to me. You could vanish for years and then just pop back to see how everyone is knowing that you are still part of the group. As we always mention. Once you are in XDC you never leave (insert echo here)‘Ave it Max!

Personal trainer? That’s the laziest job going. You just sit around telling fat people to run around the block and do some press ups. You might also suggest they eat less chips. Here’s a personal trainer who didn’t practice what he preaches (well sort of):
