..cos I just passed my ITIL foundation exam with 80% score. 😀 For those not in IT it means I can now talk business bollocks with the manangement and deploy a wide range of meanlingness acronyms to confuse the uninitiated.

ITIL is the biggest load of wank. It has cost our company more money to impliment than it is worth. It was created by a bunch of civil servants for fuck sakes. And we all know how ineeficient they are.
