Yeah, I saw that advert during the TV break. The GF says “what a stupid advert? Doesn’t tell what it’s for.”
But I suspected that it was something to do with the show, just by how ‘American’ the advert is. Of course last night we get to see a glimpse of the CEO…
thats what made the penny drop for m, the missus sat there and says “dont ring it – its a fkin cult”
so I rang it cause one of my hobbies is infiltrating cults. turns out it’s a clue to what ‘Lost’ is. – ring the number extension 4 gives the most info.
I might check it out. I’m pleased that it’s an 0800# rather than an 0898, so that they don’t make money out of our curiosity.
BTW: Any idea what the book called ‘The Turning of the Screw’ is about?
on ch4 and e4 there has been a commercial running for a few weeks, an american innovations type thing, almost like come join our cult… last night during lost, they mention the commercial, or more precisly the ‘Hanso Foundation, which is what the commercial tells you about, basically this was just me putting 2 and 2 together, so I rang the number and get various messages (all prerecorded) telling me about an offshore South Korean research facility… i.e. the Island that the survivors are on in Lost 🙄
yeah, its one big research bubble that these numpties are all stuck on, im guessing. I reckon Harley is going to eat his way out and they will all be saved!
