First one, I was flying a transport around the battlefield, dropping people off – suddenly started taking damage, so tried to do some evasive manoooovers (ummm I bailed!)… I hit the deck, and my health starts dropping rapidly – I look about and theres a fucking gun ship about 5 meters away, hovering and blasting at me… Out comes Unlock engy gun – Streight in the face – 2 kills to the Turks!
The other one involved a game of cat a mouse between me and a Walker – In the middle of no where (cant remember the map, but has lots of tall buildings and open spaces)… It was just us two, and I was obviously pissing him off a bit. I put down my beacon which tells me where all the enemy vehicles are in an area (actually far more useful than I originally thought), and run round the building pot shotting his ass… about 3/5 hit, and then Im spent… he carries on looking for me, and I carry on hiding. After about 30 seconds or so (a long time in game!) some enemy dude trundles past without noticing me – I kill him and take his kit – and hes an engineer (w00t) – with emp mines and those homing ball things!! So I spread my new munitions around a bit, and blast some rockets in to that back of Mr Walker, dashing off behind my wall of death… and watch with glee as my little ballies latch on and blow the fuck out of it. 🙂
God I love this game!!
Got to say that despite the server crashes (lol, ho-hum, what else did we expect 🙄 etc) I am really enjoying this game. There are some top maps – Belgrade and Berlin are the new Karki and Sharqui. The unlocks are great – its a shame the demo didn’t have them to give people a taste of what to expect.
Yes, have to agree, hughe learning curve, esp. the gun handling and working out the most effective way to use them. But its a lot of fun, knifing becomes a little addictive and its always nice to see new awards pop up from time to time.
Its only going to get better, once the patches start rolling in.
Badger its obligatory. even if it ends up on your shelf 😉

Yes.
Steep learning curve and headless chicken syndrome for the first few games but it has a lot to offer. Getting my eye in with the guns – it doesn’t take me 2 clips anymore to shoot someone 😀

Lies! Lies! Don’t you go making the game sound attractive. Who’s paying you?
Not that I’m interested but are there sensible (ie conquest) game modes that don’t involve Titans?

Yes – Tis called conquest!
Fenix – we are operating a mixed rotation on the server at the moment – conquest maps alternating with titan.
I like Titan mode too.. adds a lil more to the game.. love the close quarter combat in the corridors.. still have no idea the routes to take but I’m gettin there.. Its just these damn CTD’s i’m gettin which is arsing me off… if i can get rcon back up i’ll be ok, just hate to myther those admin that just wanna play the damn thing!

you gays have a brilliant server – a mix of titan and conquest makes for a much better gaming experience. plus theres very few noobs on yours, and none of this fkin TK punishing mistakes rubbish.
really like the berlin map, and the bellgrade, oo oo and suez canal, I like em all.
transport vtol is a favourite vehicle, at last you can fly expertly with a mouse! sweet Dice from above! (although we all make mistakes and lawn dart, clip a tree every now and then)
I seemed to end up at the top of the pile each round on your server last night, even better – to be on a par with Max/Wipers/Lammie once again feels goooooood
