Bit delayed but just saying what a laugh it was at the weekend with so many XDCers on. Felt like I’d gone back in time when I kept getting killed by that git Max. Also damn that Queeks! No matter where I went on any map we always seemed to bump into each other! And Matt you tank whore 🙂

Yea definitely a great weekend, crowned by the return of Max who’s picking up the game at a scarey rate 🙂
Oh and Hasting’s is my tank map, especially when I see choppers in the air 🙂 Shoot at me in your chopper, I’ll be hunting you down in my tank; kill me in your chopper, you’d better just land 😈
Yeah great weekend of gaming, all you boys play really well, so it makes it good fun! really enjoying the game and its good to be back in the xdc community again! Now we need to get a few more peeps
For the first time in a long while BF is starting to peek my interest a little more than FIFA. It’s down to so many of you lot kicking about and being on TS. The last few days have been good for gaming seeing our server (cheers for getting it setup Matt) fill up fairly quickly and some quality games kick-off!
I was just wondering (Matt) if you could add something I see on other servers, where it shows ‘such and such has a kill streak of 5, death streak of xxx’ that kinda thing. Other people might be against this so I appreciate it’s up to debate?
Also, personally I do enjoy Conquest more than any other type but it might be fun to have some rush in there too? What do you guys think? I do miss my spotting but am learning to live with it, still no chance getting the ingame map on though? 🙂

Damn you, no XDCers have had my tags in ages. Glad I got you back though… and I think I gained docs tags too.
Rush is actually on the map list but i’ve yet to work out why it’s not being applied. As for kill streak messages, I’m not sure how much people want to see my kicking ass being rubbed in. I’ll try and find out how it’s done tomorrow, but in the meantime will take paddy’s word that it’s done.

Yeah, good games indeed. I did notice that the map filled up pretty quickly on rush mode, but for the previous 4 conquest maps, it was just the 4 or 5 of us. Think the mix mode will do well in picking up other players. There is a severe shortage of Vietnam servers out there now too.
I shall be back on tonight after a break saturday and sunday. Apologies in advance if I lose the rag at any stage as I’m a little on edge 3 days into quitting the smokes.
