    No, but it’s not the first time i’ve heard of ppl having trouble. I had a quick look just now but will check again tomorrow. I can set an account up for him manually in the meantime, if he’s happy with the name DaveyB85?

    Check if it works for him now, I think it was a problem with the CAPTCHA Setting.

    Incidentally I’ve also restored user registration following the bot attack recently, but will switch it off again quick if we see bots again tomorrow.
