Like most pricks they only do it when they have zero chance of losing. I remember a bouncer in Birmingham trying to eject me out of a place he was about 10 stone and around 5ft 8 and I’m 6ft 2 and 17 1/2 stone had to laugh when he couldnt move me at all he had to get the resident gorilla to come and ask me to leave.

Although nuff respect to the guilty ones at least they stick to their guns even if they are wrong, at least they don’t bend to pressure.Go for 64 mate, been using this for around 9 months now and apart from BF2142(which was ropey on xp anyway) I haven’t had a problem with anythng anymore. Gotta agree though that XP ran my games faster than vista does.

Pretty much the same problem I have with 2142/Crysis unfortunately for me the only solution I have is to load a earlier sets of Nvidia drivers when I want to play 2142 and if I want to run Crysis I have to install the lastest drivers, Crysis was/is preety wank so I stick to the earlier drivers. Anyway sounds like gfx probs to me mate go back a couple of revisions and see whats happens.
Try upping your page file a bit if it’s lower than 1024mb
The newest drivers are not always the best.
Well as the usual crap about pc sales down hit the headlines every 2 years I’m not too worried, I mean how many games do people expect you to buy in a year especially when they cost 25 30 quid a pop, I mean I bought 2142 nearly two years ago and I’m still playing it (yes the only one) and the next game I buy will probably be COD and that should last me another year hopefully, so I’m not going to buy more than probably two games in a year.
It would be nice to be able to buy 10 games a month buts what the point, you never finish them, you have to upgrade your pc to run them properly(Now that a have a fairly decent rig I dusted off X3 reunion and now that game runs at top notch which it could never do when I bought it orignally.
Why should I go and buy another game when I have 5 on my shelf which I can now run in top res. Apart from ARMA cuz that game is shite and is never going back on my machine unless Fenix begs me too and even then money is going to have to change hands, 😉

humm for me it was pong on a consle called a Binatone something or other back in the 70’s then moved up to the oric,spectrum,vic20,64,atari the amiga etc etc
the game I look back on with mucho happiness in the day was Jet Set Willy and Speedball Deluxe
Considering the car in the photo probably costs more than the houses in the photo I’d say that the car belongs to the local dealer, now when you consider that the car and Max have the same phrase and Max seems to have more money than sense we can now come to the next logical step.. I wouldn’t worry too much Tess after you have killed your 200th Zombie the game gets very boring very rapidly I should stick to Assassin’s Creed, much better if again somewhat repetative.
yes panic some of us do still play BF2142 usually me and Chaos but a couple of others usually turn up now and again. Mostly on the Monkey Server. Although at the moment I’m playing BF2 again for some reason.
Well I’m still around lurking on a few BF2142 servers aprat from Chaos there does’nt seem to be anybody else around but my time at the mo is really quite stretched as well as the bank balance (the reason there is no COD for me) would like to get COd but I just cant afford it at the moment, Hope everyone is well though.
