ParticipantBt are my favourite gripe this month.
I move home and tell them well in advance. They say they have to charge me 129.99 for the phone line as the new house is not connected. (previous people in the house had it connected so boggle)
I tell them no way i will go to another company. They counter offer saying that they will drop the price to £50 and give me £3 off my line rental a month for the first 12 months.
Told them i am not willing to pay a penny when i can pay another company and get everything including sat or cable tv in with it also.
They counter offer again and say they will charge me £29.99 but credit my acc with £36 at the same time so basically they pay me £6 for having the phone put on.Had a bill today for just over £200. They are trying to charge me the £129 and not crediting me with the £36 ether.
3 hours later on the phone and its sorted. 1 hour further on and i have stopped the direct debit and i am signed upto sky to get unlimited broadband, phone and 3 sky packages all only 27.50 a month with no installation/changeover fee.
Bt can go F them selves.
13 years i have been with those fuckers and they try to rob me. Nice.

ParticipantAwesome as always neo. Need more crack addicted koala speeches tho. The comments you had on the other website when you ranted on about him was pure comedy gold.

ParticipantThe Monster Raving Loony Party – currently the Monster Raving William Hill Loony party, after a sponsorship deal with the bookies – is fielding several candidates this year.
Monster Raving Loonies: Three badgers better than three lions
Leader Howlin ‘Laud’ Hope was out campaigning in Witney (where his rivals include David Cameron) when the BBC News website spoke to him.
Pledges he was campaigning on included “joining Europe in a big way” – by inviting the other European countries to join the pound sterling and then making the entire UK a European offshore tax haven.
He is also pledging a 99p coin to save on change (this was also a pledge last time around in 2005, but “no-one noticed it then, so we’re still shouting about it now”).Lmao got my vote
