i believe that bf4 has a “classic” setting, now i dont know what the details are of this setting but it is supposed to be like ’42 was out of the box.

i was like this but after everytime i returned i was almost immediately bored each time i eventually unsubbed. i still follow some of the events and the goings on as its still the best MMO. i just cant dedicate that much time t playing. not that i mind as i have some brilliant memories from it and made some great friends
say hi to him from me, not spoken to him in ages.
i also gave my main char to a friend so i no longer have Crazy Hippo. at least hes got a good home 🙂

good luck with it fella, i occasionally think of going back to eve but every time i do i get bored very quickly as there isnt anything i havent done. need a decent MMO fix but i will just ahve to wait

i only really enjoyed vanilla, return to karkhand and endgame. the rest i didnt emjoy much at all.
as i said the only reason to get to premium is if you know you will spend hours on every expansion and want some pretty skins for your weapons and characters. otherwise just buy the base game and the individual packs as you want.
it only becomes worth while if you have to have access to different skins for your weapons or intend to play every expansion for 10s of hours each. if you dont intend to buy every expansion or are not bothered by the skins then dont get it. i wont be as i cant justify it.
it is a joke the price which ea are setting it at. at least BF3 was better priced. they are being money grabbing dirty gits and to be honest people will pay that price. if they have the money or can find the justification then fine but most cant or wont.
i ahve had many discussions with people, some of whom work for EA and tehy all agree that the digital price is ridiculous.

yeah teh T34 was always an awesome tank and tore through the german tank, even some of the heavies but that was a long while ago
i have been sticking with the British line so far but i might spend more time with the Russian line
i will be getting it.
havent played any bf3 for a while as i have been stuck in skyrim for a good while and have just returned to RO rising storm
finally got round to sorting out my account as i played during beta and stopped since it went live. so i have had to create a new account as my old one was linked to US servers 🙁
ah well back to the basic t1 tanks and the slow grind to better ones. is there any realy difference to each of the nations trees or is it simply personal preference? it used to be just russian and german when i was playing so you can tell its been a while since i last played!

I’m on skys standard broadband service and it is rock solid. Cant remember the last time i had a problem with it.
I have never been throttled on infinity and im up to 8ombs, im not getting quite that but its not far off it. not that anything over 10 is actually required unless you download lots or are a company.
