What can i say, i fell for it and pre-purchased Left 4 Dead……..and i’m throughly glad i did, I LOVE this demo. It’s only 1 1/2 maps of the full game, but damn, it’s atmospheric. Nothing like that 1st horde rush after being vomited on by a boomer or disturbing that freaky young witch thing.
I like the teamplay aspect of it, there’s gonna be no lone wolfing it in this game, if you don’t stick together, you’re zombie food very quickly.
Don’t think about it…..just get the demo, i guarantee you’ll love it!!
hmmm…….mmight not be around on Tuesday night to play it though, travelling to the states in less than 2 weeks and i lost my passport so i’m having to spend my night in a Liverpool passport office begging to be given a new one. 🙄

I was disappointed, some good names star and it’s a coen brother movie but as usual it doesn’t live up to it’s hype. It’s completely pointless with an utter wank ending.

This is another oldie. It was previously release in America a few years ago, but the UK held off releaseing it because of the Madeline Macann disappearance. 😕
I didn’t think it was bad movie, but a little predictable as i remember.
Very good call Recoil. Just got hold of a copy and watched it, definatly one of the best films of the year. Can’t believe this one slipped under the radar, i hadn’t heard of it before. I’d never thought of Val Kilmer as a decent actor, but he play an excellent part in this.
my copy of BF:V was fooked so i had to download a copy using dubious sources and use my legitimate CD key, but got it patched up and working great.
Looks like most people are taking advantage of the free TF2 weekend but hopefully i’ll see a few people using the XDC BF:V server soon 😀
Bah, i downloaded and installed a version last week and now it looks like a newer version has hit but without the ability to do an incremental upgrade.
Currently stuck on a fileplanet waiting list and probably only get a max of 100kb/sec 😥
meh, i downloaded this when it 1st came out and couldn’t get into it……..i saw you playing a lot and downloaded the new beta version yesterday and had a quick 2 min go at it and it seems more confusing that the 1st version, perhaps i haven’t given it enough time or credit. I’ll get on TS when i see you on and you can run thru the ropes with me.
tbh matt, from what i saw of the server last night, it needs some serious work. It seemed laggy as fuck and the comms were cutting out. Seemed very poor in comparision to the -=CRAZY=- server 🙄
naw, the pyro WAS fun, now it’s just fucking annoying when theres 6 of the fuckers all with backburners on the other team. 🙄
I just wish they would have released all updated of every class at once, those fecking pyro stat-padding, unlock whores are ruining the game. The pyro is massively overpowered at the moment, roll on the heavy/soldier unlocks then we’ll see who’s fucking laughing then!!!!”232432432556t24576435 👿
Yeah m8, that seems to have worked wonders. The slowdown has drastically reduced and the games are now playable. I’m still a little miffed that i have to play these games on low settings. Theres no proper upgrade on the horizon as i’ve spent a fuck load of money on my new found love of scuba diving and if i spend anymore cash on pointless things i’ll be looking at divorce.
