If you really want to track down leccy someone with admin rights (magicker) should look on the old forums for leccy’s contact details. I know he provided an email address. I can get onto the old site but not with the rights to see contact details.

OEM = Other Equipment Manufacturer, i think. Microsoft licensing is a nightmare.
