have 3 films in your collection, what would they be? (aka desert islands discs)

For me they would be:

1. Empire Strikes Back (by far the best SW film of the lot, 1-3 are utter shite apart from the Darth bit at the end of 3, 4 is ok and 5 has ewoks nuf said)

2. Bladerunner (this film never ages and will it ever be fully understood?)
3. Dune (just because it has some really good quotable lines oh and Patrick Stewart is in it, make it so!)

Bit of a Sci-Fi buff when it comes to films 🙂

1) 2001: A Space Odessey
2) Aliens
3) Zulu

Close runners up were: Alien, BladeRunner, Battle of Britain, Italian Job (the origional), Snatch, Get Carter, The Rock, Untouchables and RoboCop.

First two are definate but third one changes all the time!!!!

Id have

1) Fight club.
2) The endless Summer (classic 60’s surf movie.)
3) Lord of the rings trilogy (the sheer length will give it longevity!)

Talking of surf vids – this is a peach! Dont know how the guy made the drop when it ledges up… hes so far beyond my abilities its like we aint on the same planet 😥
