ParticipantWas wondering what was hot in the mobile world at the moment… especially with Sony Ericssons… My contract renews in a week, and I am after something sexeh!
Currently with O2 paying £30 for not much, and have seen that with 3 you can pay £15 for shit loads… is there any reason not to go with them? My mate has them, and the adds look a bit irritating… is there a way of switching them off?
Chars.

Good network coverage despite what some may say
Cheap tarrifs with lots of goodiesCons
CS = people you cant understand a word they say i.e its abroad
Random call disconections for no reason
Annoying “Txt messaged Received” duplicates for one txt *not always issue.. just pops up from time to time*April 16, 2007 at 9:22 am #50415XDCNeonSamurai
ParticipantTurks, if you want to be ‘groovy’ and ‘swish’ then you have two options; you either go for a state-of-the-art phone, or a classic mobile. Personally I think you should go retro with one of these, which’d be the phone equivalent of an E Type Jaguar::
Or go for something like this:

ParticipantWent in to CPWH today, and they are really trying to sell the N95, will have to look in to it… although I have been with SE for the last 4 years, and been quite happy.
Will look in to 880i too

ParticipantAvoid Samsung. I switched from nokias to an ultra-thin samsung, foolishly swayed by looks, and i hate it. Texting takes about twice as long as before cos the interface is dire. I even have to set predictive text EVERY time i reply to a message. I dont know if this is a bug or just the way it is. The speaker is tinny and the battery life is crap. The touch pad works, sometimes. 🙄 The software is bollocks and doesn’t work well with your Outlook contacts. ITS SHITE 👿

Not if you use it as a diary, calculator, voice recorder, map, for internet access, require hight battery charge, good connectivity, good interface, small enought to fit in a pocket… etc
anything without all that is a glorified paper weight in my eyes
