Newer Front Page

Right chaps and chapesses…

I have been a bit quiet lately on account of actually having to do some work for a change… and it is not much fun. however,… ticking over in the background I have been getting a bit obsessive about wordpress and what it can do.

Hence our new front page….

I have used WordPress for a number of reasons..
* WordPress is cool and makes your penis bigger
* I am hoping that at least a few others use wordpress for Blogs and therefore might be more inclined to use it (hint hint)
* There are thousands of themes out there so we can refresh the site now and then.

Add some new stuff
If you want to add an article to the front page you just need to do 2 things:
1) Decide if your info is a Header Page or a Blog Posts. Header pages will get a link at the top of the page blog post will get a link in the middle col.
2) Login and create your page.

*Click on the Write button and select Page for Page and Post for Post

To insert a picture from the NEW XDCUK.COM gallery
The new gallery is based on Picasa
To upload a picture to it you can use Picasa2 or goto
http://picasaweb.google.com/xdcuk.com
and upload them through the webform

This will then be viewable via the gallery link on the home page.
