Morning All
(avoiding work like the plague because call-centre work sucks! – Listen to the warning kids stay in school!)
ANyway….was wondering what the deal is this Friday? Are XDC going to be running a server from the off or will my medic-sniper have to hunt down some where else to play?
And what’s the prize then for the first person to collect all the XDC dogtags? Should be on for the first person to knife Max 10x too!

Well,
I’ll be having my wedding rehearsal (pah!) and then going for something to eat.
So I doubt I’ll be able to play much at all, let alone Battlefield 2142.
Please can one of you act like you feel sorry for me?
It is. Gone will be the days that I can try and convince old boilers that XDC is in fact a division of MI5 (without having a wife to explain my actions to). Actually, is there still going to be an XDC get together on the 11th of November, when Dropkick is back in town?
Pharty have you taken over the server from Spugs yet? Do you know if we have 2142 on it? I know we had access to the demo but I doubt whether we will get 2142 without upgrading the agreement.

There seems a few peeps may be coming along so it should be a good evening.
now back to 2142………..errr, no idea whats happening with the server or indeed the demo….i’ve not played it since the first phase of testing……i shall buy it at some point but who knows when i’ll get a chance to play it.

i’ve come to the fact, despite all my bitching about EA, i KNOW i’ll buy the fucking game, so i might as well swallow all my pride and i’ve ordered the game on download, such as i’m a lazy idle bastard it’ll be weeks before i’ll get to the shop to buy it.
so i guess i’ll be seeing you on the server tomorrow……or when i battle all the countless other plebs fighting for bandwidth from EA sludge server.
