A mother has died of water intoxication whilst taking part in a radio competition to win her children a Nintendo Wii. 28 year old, Jennifer Strange, took part in a competition called “Hold your wee for a Wiiâ€ÂÂÂ, where contestants were tasked with consuming large amounts of water without urinating.
Although the title is a pun, it’s actually rather sad. A mum tries to win her kids a Wii, fails and then dies. It’s a lose lose situation all round. 😕

This is terrible journalism if you ask me, which no-one did. The real issue behind this story is whether croaking it in the middle of a don’t piss yourself contest constitiutes a forfeit. If not, then surely she won. That’s as long as they didn’t find her all bloated up and blue in a pool of her own urine of course.
