As I have posted before, – I have had serious connection problems since installing wireless – ping of 341 on the XDc server, loss of connection, no green light servers only red…
Now before you stop reading, I have now got BF2142 running sweet on wireless BB, last night I had a ping av. of 28 – which is pretty reasonable considering.
This may/may not help you, –
Installed along with the Belkin equipment I am using to connect to a wireless network was a file called WinXPZeroConfigation.exe (or similar)
you need to dispose of this file immediatly – it hogs all memory processing now game will run alongside this process.Do a start> run> cmd> netstat -a -o
open task manager, click on the processes tab,
click ‘view’ in the menu,
click select columns,
check the box next to PID,
put the task manager next to your CMD window you can cross reference PID numbers to see if anything is hogging your bandwidth, e.g. win messenger.sign me up – I’m a web operations manager, I can make sites – in .css or table driven, not toooooo bad at graphics either.

your CTDs could be repaired by visit0ring the punkbuster update site.
your ‘Error’ when attempting to connect to a server is releated to internet conncection – I get it all the time now.
you gays have a brilliant server – a mix of titan and conquest makes for a much better gaming experience. plus theres very few noobs on yours, and none of this fkin TK punishing mistakes rubbish.
really like the berlin map, and the bellgrade, oo oo and suez canal, I like em all.
transport vtol is a favourite vehicle, at last you can fly expertly with a mouse! sweet Dice from above! (although we all make mistakes and lawn dart, clip a tree every now and then)
I seemed to end up at the top of the pile each round on your server last night, even better – to be on a par with Max/Wipers/Lammie once again feels goooooood
The DR server was inf only for a while, the sprint capacity is increased so you can run across a map quite quickly – also jump (number of) is increased before you drain your stamina so we had a hard time booting all the bunny hoppers, which is fucking annoying, in a fire fight and the enemy start jumping around like fucking spring boks, – Road to Jahalabala is awesome as inf only though, so too karkand, = wake is pretty cool, btw boats are the only vehicles in Inf only. So on wake it’s accutally easier for the USMC to get from the carrier to the land as there are no camping tanks on the beach heads.
I did get bored of inf only, so I went on your server last night – Shiraqui Penisiser was like a blood bath, theres no arty in inf only so when you stand in an arty shower for the first time in a while, and the MEC chopper is watching you and gunning at you – it’s a little pants crappy,

EA announces that beta testing of Battlefield 2142 will open up to another 10,000 testers tomorrow, with a paid subscription no longer required to test DICE’s coming shooter sequel, though a free registration is:
The Battlefield 2142 public beta period has been extended until Tuesday, September 12. In addition, due to the overwhelming response to the beta, DICE and EA have opened 10,000 new slots to the public.The 10,000 new slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis starting Friday, September 8th at 10am PST. A free GameSpy ID is required to participate.
A new version of the tuning beta is also available now, which already includes more than 1,000 changes to the game based on feedback from the beta to date. Current players will need to download the new client, but no new access key is required.
The beta has been a huge success over the past two weeks, with more than 65,000 gamers participating, helping DICE secure a clean launch for the game on October 17th

Dunno if you folks have this in other parts of sunny Englund, but round our way (Cheltenham) the cops use three mobile cameras. Two are mounted inside white vans with speed camera logos on the back, not on the front, so you look in your rear view mirror as you are doing 60mph passed a school and you see a white van, think to yourself “faggy coont white van right up my butt, I’ll show him” – put your foot to the floor, TEUFF_TEUFF_TEUFF, smile for the traffic cops, pulled over instant fine on the spot.
The last camera is in a Merc, a big fook off silver Merc that regularly patrols the A40, if you have this car behind you, better just pull over and start crying, I’ve seen this Merc chase what looked like a ZXR, at high speed the biker was fooked, best get off road quick, like them Duke boys.is this for the gei army? 😯
