I’ve been using this one which works a treat. I’ve upgraded the mouse to the G7.

get a G15 and G7 combo or summat..
save you selling yer ass 😉January 20, 2007 at 2:10 pm #43887XDC wild egg tamerParticipantheard they were gonna be selling for around the £450 mark………. 😯
January 20, 2007 at 3:10 pm #43888TurksMeisterParticipantI was only joking about that one, i thought it was only a concept – says its going to be released in 2005!
On the G15 front… can someone give me the dimensions for it, and is it ok for typing as well as gaming? and can you take that stupid hand rail thing off… and can you get them in the format of British keyboards, or do they have the silly American markings?
Was also looking at those claw things – as in the mini keboard for the left hand, and then getting a wirless keyboard, so I can clear my desk when needed, and change my tunes from bed (or pause porn, whilst in bed! fantastic!)
Think I am more enclined to go for the latter option… not sure I really need any hotkeys, although a button which disables the windows button sounds cool.
January 20, 2007 at 3:46 pm #43889XDCOldPhartParticipantI have a G15 kbd and G7 mouse. They are teh s3xy l33b fings. The kbd is largish, the rail does not come off, but its great for typing and has uber-cool ld lit-up keys (if you think thats cool, I think its naff)
January 20, 2007 at 5:29 pm #43890nOmParticipantjust got my g15 today ….nice bit of kit…lcd is cool for ventrillo, games, temps, fans etc…keys are sweet nice and solid
January 20, 2007 at 6:02 pm #43891TurksMeisterParticipantIs it British though or american? havent been able to see any pics with the right !ӣ$%^&*() keys (I know you can map it to be what you want, but I am easily confused!
January 20, 2007 at 6:20 pm #43892GoNz0Participantbritish + euro
January 20, 2007 at 8:26 pm #43893airmessyParticipantFark me.. I have seen smaller pcs
January 20, 2007 at 8:30 pm #43894GoNz0Participantthe UK layout isnt like that, proper return key and the £ above the 3
yeh it is a beast, and extra 3″ on the left due to the G keys.
its low profile though, flat layout. does take a week to get used to it. love it though, the teamspeak plugin is worth its weight in gold. and 2142 now has native support 🙂January 20, 2007 at 8:59 pm #43895TurksMeisterParticipantLooks like you can take off the hand rest in that pic…
